Friday Perfect

Hi, guys!!

It's the last working day of the week, for most of you, anyway, so I guess it's time for your weekly dose of perfection. I've been saying for a while now how I like a good vintage/old  piece in a very modern space. The photo I'm showing you today is one I've seen a while ago, saved it on my phone and periodically looked at it because it always made my heart skip a beat. Now it's time to show it to you:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Este ultima zi lucratoare a saptamanii, cel putin pentru majoritatea dintre voi, asa ca spun ca e timpul sa va luati doza saptamanala de perfectiune!! Tot spun de ceva vreme cum imi place sa am sau sa vad o piesa vintage sau veche intr-un spatiu ultra modern sau contemporan. Imaginea pe care vi-o arat este una pe care am vazut-o cu ceva timp in urma, am salvat-o pe telefon si ma uit la ea periodic, pentru ca ma face sa ma simt bine, imi sta inima-n loc cand o privesc! Mi se pare un interior perfect!! Acum e timpul s-o vedeti si voi:

This is a kitchen I'll never have, for sure!! I love everything about this space: the light coming in through the window, the two islands with the glossy marble top, and, of course I  could just die for the rozette and details on the ceiling!!

But, what speaks to me in this space are the two wooden built-ins, their colour is so rich and the shape is simply gorgeous. The owners renovated this house and took much care of maintaining the historical value of this space. I think they did a wonderful job!

I am just in love with this space!! What about you??

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Din pacate pentru mine, sunt destul de sigura ca aceasta este o bucatarie pe care eu nu o voi avea niciodata... Dar imi place totul in acest interior: lumina care intra prin fereastra, cele doua insule de bucatarie cu blatul super lucios de marmura si, bineinteles ca ma omoara de-a dreptul acea rozeta de pe tavan cu modelul acela dantelat, impreuna cu detaliile de pe partea superioara a peretilor. Totul pare simplu dar este foarte bine gandit pentru a pastra importanta istorica a cladirii.

Ceea ce ma atrage la acest spatiu sunt cele doua dulapuri incorporate, lemul si culoarea lemnului care cred ca fac tot interiorul! Sunt de-a dreptul superbe!!
