Cine a citit pana acum postarile stie ca am comandat obiectele de iluminat de pe internet. Din magazinul online Universul Luminii. Am avut noroc, am ales o firma serioasa, care e interesata ca produsele si serviciile oferite sa multumeasca clientii. Iata ce am comnadat prima oara:
If you have read my posts so far, you know I ordered my interior lighting online. I was lucky enough to find a serious company, who wants their clients to be satisfied with both products and services. I ordered my pieces of lighting from Universul Luminii. I ordered these items the first time:

On my second order I chose this beauty:

Produsele au fost trimise super-rapid, procesarea comenzii a durat mai putin de o zi, asa ca eu, personal, sunt super multumita de aceasta firma. De ce va spun asta? Datorita problemei care a aparut cu candelabrul. Produsele sunt trimise impacehetate din firma, iar candelabrul, care a ajuns foarte rapid si intact, fara nici un cristal spart, s-a dovedit a avea o problema la partea electrica. La ora 8 seara ne-am dat seama ca este defect. Am sunat-o pe doamna Eva, care, surpriza, a si raspuns imediat, tinand cont ca la 8 seara nu mai e program la magazin!! Desi deschisesem coletul si am si prins candelabrul pe tavan, apoi l-am dat jos, nu a fost nici o problema, doamna Ea ne-a spus sa trimitem inapoi candelabrul si imediat ce l-a primit ne-a trimis altul fara nici o alta intrebare. Mie asta mi s-a parut foarte profesional!! Candelabrul a venit foarte bine impachetat, nu a existat nici o problema cu transportul, curierul a ajuns foarte repede.
The delivery was super fast, the processing of the order took less than a day, so I couldn't be more content with this company. What made me tell you about them is the problem I had with the chandelier. I ordered it and it arrived in 2 days. I got it and hubby began to install it, but unfortunately it had a problem in the electrical system. I called the company and Ms. Eva answered, although it was 8 PM. Yeah, waaay after opening hours. She told me that it was ok, to send the chandy back and that we'd receive another one in a few days. And we did! The second one worked out great!!
I was super impressed that she answered in the evening and solved the problem so fast!! The problem was an electrical one, none of the crystals were damaged, the chandy was in perfect condition!! It came  factory- wrapped, uber-protected:
